MegaVelRaptor's Tuwile Veluce

This request sketch was asked by to draw her character Mr. Tuwile Veluce in his human form. See, has a whole group of these humaniod raptors and Mr. Veluce is one. I had fun translating his human form into my style. I added some touches like the dino tats to give him his connection to his raptor form. He also likes a lot of bling, so well, we had to oblige that as well. His hairstyle, from what I've seen from AJ varies, so I just created a style that I thought would fit. I also found a picture of a raptor, and manipulated it to look a little like Tuwile in his raptor form. This ones for you
